pizza crust

 oats
baking powder
yogurt (greek, plain, soy)
 
  
 

*Preheat oven to 400*
 
Step 1:
Add 1 cup of dry oats to a blender and blend until it becomes a flour.

Step 2:
Combine with 1.5 teaspoons of baking powder. Add in 1 teaspoon of salt as well, optional. Sift together.

Step 3:
In a mixing bowl combine flour and 1 cup yogurt. Stir with spoon initially, as it becomes a flour use your hands to knead. (You might need to use extra flour or water on your hands to keep dough from sticking). Knead for about 10 minutes.

 
Step 4:
Roll out dough into a pizza shape. 
Tip:  To prevent the dough sticking to everything, because it will try, place one piece of parchment paper above and below the dough. Use a rolling pin on the outside of the parchment paper.


If you don't have a rolling pin you can use anything cylindrical. 


Step 5:
 Roll to desired thickness. Optional to thicken edges of pizza so the crust is thicker.
 

Step 6: 
Bake for 10 minutes at 400*

Step 7:
Add toppings.
 

  Step 8:
Bake for another 15-20 minutes.
